Transdyn has a great small group culture and feel where everyone makes an impact. As a project manager you are fully impowered to make all decisions, commercial and technical. They have flexible work hours and encourage the team ethic. The table tennis games at lunch and after work are encouraged by management.
Cons
Being a small group it can be stressful when delivering larger projects. Travel is required on most projects.
Nothing I could think of, get to work on different projects. I did not personally learn anything beneficial at this place.
Cons
Completely disorganized working environment. You have to be a mercenary for the managers to stay in otherwise you'll have a hard time here and the worst is that they won't promote you or hire you even if you do well.
