Flexible work hours, where one is free to innovate and try new things/tools. Remotely connected since March 2020, but management is just a message or call away, always available to listen to your doubts and issues and provide the best available help.
Cons
There is no career growth program, no new training to learn and grow from the company's side. One can spend and learn from himself/herself, and the salary is less here.
