Left Due to Unprofessional Treatment by Management - Occupational Therapist Transition Care Telemetry Employee Review

During my employment, I experienced unprofessional communication from management. In one instance, a supervisor raised their voice and yelled at me during a phone call regarding a work-related matter. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and unsupported. While other employees may have different experiences, I believe prospective staff should be aware of the management style and consider whether it aligns with their expectations for a professional workplace.
