Transparent Partners lives and breathes transparency. Not only do they overly share how the company is doing, they take pride in recognizing the team and individuals who contribute to the success of the company. The endless opportunities for growth while still finding stable support is something I've been craving my whole career.
Cons
Work ebbs and flows here. There are high times when you have to put in the extra time and effort, but there is always the moment after where you can appreciate the amazing work and recuperate before the next milestone.
