Improper and ineffective management by the founders (CEO and President, who used to be married BTW), drama, and ego where he (the CEO) gets off on firing people with no resolve or reason. I saw four dedicated people get fired in less than a month because the suggested better ways to do things, and they could not even bear the fact they might not be in control. I've never seen this sort of ego and ineptness at c-level in my 28+ year career.
