I get the pleasure of both being a contractor and being an investor. Big things are happening and it's exciting to be a part of. The CEO, Alex also is very hands-on. Just Google him and you'll realize that he knows how to make things happen. But the most valuable Pro to me is that the company compensates hard work, and if I need tools, they are provided.

It is in the growth and development stage so many tasks and job roles overlap. But this is the best time to establish your place internally.

I am currently employed by TransparentBusiness (TB). TB is on the verge of changing the way computeres are used for business bringing total transparency to all computer-based work. Ignore the ridiculous ramblings of a former disgruntled employee. The leadership of TB is best in class. Genuine, sincere and trying to build a world class organization. They are open and TRANSPARENT in all their dealings and always willing to go the extra mile. They care about their workers and customers, and are trying to level the playing field for all workers. Unlike what the negative review indicates, TB has revenues and partnerships with some of the largest organizations in the world including Google, E&Y and the International Development Bank.
