Lack of any professional direction Company is wasting tax payers monies and should be closed down. Projects are stupid and do not create anything, many young colleagues are lost. A bunch of corridor groups involved in a typical corporate gossiping. Millions of procedures with no sense. If you want an interim job to survive this is a place just shut up and leave at 5 pm. And look for the job.

HRM management is a joke ignorants and ugly unpleasant people who lie and if you do not do what they impose on you - expect letters from lawyers. Your contract is worth nothing it will be broken before you get to the office, they cheat on sick leave commitments and lie during disciplinary proceedings Management Board ridiculously dumb and egomaniac and managers selected form their friends. The TSC Board are a bunch of insincere ignorants who cherish their sinecures for public money. The do nothing and the the company is not meeting its objectives form the beginning - Its reputation is equal to zero I am really sorry to say all of the above I hoped that this is a challenging company but it is not - many employees think the same but they are terrorized to keep their mouths shut. Sorry we are supposed to be honest here yea? Salary and promotions depend on many things not always professional. But they will cover up many things as they did for example with the assaulting behavior of one of the management board,the women who reported that were kicked out.
