      Pros

      You really get a lot of sale experience in a short amount of time if you are open to learning and putting in some work to gain new skills.

      Cons

      Only good for entry level, they didn't have incentives to get promoted to another department or team as an entry level employee. Turnover rates are really high so the team you start with is not the team you finish with even though it's the same role. The leadership changed A LOT.

      great industry, decent benefits, do your research

      This is what you would consider a good old boy place. This was a revolving door. I must have seen 40 people be let go inside of a few months. No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
