      Cons

      Most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Politics are constantly discussed at work. Co workers will talk about you behind your back. Culture at this company is to demean your fellow teammates.

      Upper management has clear goals and is very transparent. Company has a fantastic culture with proper morals.

      Pros

      The work can be really interesting (I worked at their production facility).

      Cons

      The management was in transition at my time of employment and that made things very unstable and anxiety inducing. It was a really rough time.
