Pros

Aggressive pay, pay plan is in writing so you know exactly what you have to do to achieve top pay, no politics with getting raises. Highest in area by a lot, standards are high but attainable for those who really want it. Higher level techs are flat rate- if you've got hustle and think and invest in tools strategically the high pay only gets higher. Heavy 6 figure incomes standard among A+techs. Company has a structured training program, in-house trainer, paid training, and will send you out for advanced training if you prove yourself and want it, ( Cummins, Allison, Detroit etc) Shop is immaculate, company doesn't skimp on tooling and equipment. Huge parts warehouse onsite and standalone parts warehouse in Denver, have what you need more often than not aside from stuff on intergalactic backorder. The Mobile Service trucks are top of the line, built by one of our companies so are basically rolling advertisements, and get traded out for new ones every few years. We're kind of spoiled by them. New COO and Service Directors added 2021 have changed the company for the better a lot of ways, shops and locations get along way better, less tribalism and petty BS. Things get done and get done with urgency now.

Cons

Management still sometimes struggles with follow through on procedural changes and goes back to the old way of doing things. It's gotten better under new leadership but still happens. Insurance isn't the best I've had.

Pros

The work can be really interesting (I worked at their production facility).

Cons

The management was in transition at my time of employment and that made things very unstable and anxiety inducing. It was a really rough time.
