      Pros

      Spent 4 years at the company, built a lot of good relationships with co-workers, company supplied including dental, medical, 401k an pai time off.

      Cons

      Flat rate dealership, it is a dealership so it does get slow you will not get paid unless you have training when it is very slow. Any and most training you are sent to you will have to pay for if you break "contract". Little to no room for growth as a technician. Management is very "number" oriented.

      Upper management has clear goals and is very transparent. Company has a fantastic culture with proper morals.

      Pros

      The work can be really interesting (I worked at their production facility).

      Cons

      The management was in transition at my time of employment and that made things very unstable and anxiety inducing. It was a really rough time.
