Cons
Ppl who have been the roots of the projects for many years don't accept decisions by new employees even though the solution is better. These ppl's role in the project is not defined clearly and hence they keep interfering in others decision. Managers in this company believe these so called roots and are influenced by their biased opinions. Managers are very unprofessional and insults employees very publicly. No professional ethics at all. As an experienced person from a very very big firm It came as a shock to Me that how manager is not ready for any clarification or justification from the employee but straight away jumps to his own conclusion of his own. They only want client satisfaction and they will be ready to do any s*** for that. Either they don't listen to employees concern or they want to know what was the reason behind any mistake. You will definitely not want to stay in this firm if you are a person who looks out for self respect.
