      Pros

      PTO, unlimited sick time, full medical coverage. Work here if you are an engineer and lack direction in your life and have low standards, even for non engineer positions. They do not like non engineers.

      Cons

      Management does not value feedback, discriminatory attitude towards immigrants, no cohesive policies on anything. The company is a mess. They lose employees constantly. The CEO wants to be the next Jeff Bezos. Heavy discrimination based on class. Generally a toxic workplace. Zero transparency on every front.
