Pros
Travel Incorporated is a outstanding company to work for in terms of life/work balance. Here, there is pride in our work because we are truly valued. It is rare when employees are engaged by upper management, but TI definitely fits in that category, this includes the President of the company. We are encouraged to express both innovative ideas, as well as concerns or challenges we are facing and both are received very positively. This lends to a strong sense of identity. I often hear from leadership... "family first" and that concept is faithfully practiced at a high level. There is opportunity for growth for associates that display a positive attitude and dedication. I have experienced all of these elements first hand. I believe this is why Travel Incorporated has an unbelievably low turn-over rate, which is so rare to see. Travel Inc leader's realize that their employees are the backbone of the business and it shows.
Cons
The business travel industry can be quite challenging. This was true before Covid and is especially true now, but Travel Incorporated and it's employees are coming out very strong on the 'other side'.
