Love the company culture here - strong family values at the heart based on the founder's experience of becoming sick overseas and never wanting someone else to experience what we went through. Based on what I've seen, they really do put the customer first and deliver an exceptional experience and also care deeply about staff. During Covid they went above and beyond to arrange alternative employment for call centre staff so they would have an income, rather than standing them down. The proposition is truly unique with the ability to settle claims in real time - it's exciting to be part of a business that is innovating and could truly revolutionise an industry New office space is stunning with amazing views of Sydney Harbour
