Getting assimilated to the environment and the team was left up to me for some reason. The managers are super pushy and you are expected to work 8 hours, so no breaks to eat or any of the sort. No communication whatsoever. They hold monthly meeting where each team basically blames other teams. (this could be a con since it was entertaining) This is the general culture of the company, if you can blame someone else, it's not your fault, you did well.

Having worked at TravelStaytion for over a year, I can genuinely say it's been a fantastic experience. The company fosters a supportive and innovative work environment, and the team is incredibly dedicated and collaborative.
