You get loads of autonomy to fulfil your role, and everyone is measured by output. It's a very supportive and inclusive environment and everyone is very respectful of each other. There is so much opportunity for self development and to learn from others. They've nailed work/life balance here because we are trusted to be adults
Cons
If you don't like making decisions, using your initiative or challenging the status quo, TravelTime might be a hard place to be as there is a lot of structure and process still to be built.
