Pros
good pay because the food is expensive, but also a con, because guests complain about the quality compared to the price on a regular, which is true. If you know your menu, and can describe dishes using the right vocab, you have a better outcome (tip) with the guests, its a "wow" factor.
Cons
Management has favorites, if you are not one of them, you will know, because you will be constantly picked on, and degraded. They expect too much out of servers for what little credit they give you.The trainer will hype up the job saying how much you could potentially make, but honestly you can make the same pay elsewhere and not have to do as much as they require, let alone leaving with a headache or stressed out. When you work here, watch out, drama is around every corner, making it awkward when you're just trying to work.
