Pros

Literally nothing! Join and check on your own if you want to confirm.

Cons

This is how your journey will be if you join here - - 1st thing each morning, the CTO will start your day by undermining your abilities, your skills, and even your worth, under the illusion that he's being motivational. In reality, it's nothing more than condescending nonsense. - Prepare to work beyond office hours every single day without exception. - You will be observed every minute and checked what exactly you are doing. - Like many people who were hired and fired, a time will come when they will ask why the "illogical/impossible" target is not getting achieved by you. - This will be the time when the disrespect will increase and they will start pressurizing you. - A day will come when they will ask to resign. - To top it off, they’ll try to convince you that your skills are worthless.

Traydo Logistics Response
1y
At Traydo, we believe in a transparent and results-driven work culture. We understand that startups require adaptability, dedication, and a high-performance mindset, which may not align with everyone’s expectations. However, we do not engage in the practices described in this review, and we firmly reject any misrepresentation of our workplace environment. We value our employees and provide them with opportunities to grow, improve their skills, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. While constructive feedback is always welcome, spreading false claims does not benefit anyone. We encourage professionals to engage in open, solution-driven conversations rather than resorting to misleading online reviews. For those who are committed to excellence, accountability, and learning in a dynamic environment, Traydo remains a place where talent is nurtured, and contributions are recognized.

Pros

Salary is paid on time. A few supportive colleagues who tried their best despite the environment.

Cons

Although hired for Traydo, employees are also asked to work on the CTO’s personal side project in another industry. This sometimes required weekend travel for testing, and refusing was seen as a lack of “passion” for the job. The CTO has even asked people to work from his home. Refusing such requests often leads to frustration and unfair treatment. No salary hike for more than 2 years, despite repeated promises every quarter. Each time employees were told “next quarter,” but nothing ever happened. Layoffs are not performance-based. People have been let go under vague claims of “disciplinary action,” sometimes for reasons as trivial as not greeting the CTO. Leadership style is unprofessional: shouting at employees, holding grudges, and showing little technical competence. Very high turnover rate — many developers have already left because of these issues. You won’t feel like an employee here; instead, you’ll feel like you are in servitude to the employer’s personal needs. This is the very definition of a “LaLa company.”

Pros

I’ve been working in the sales department here, and it’s been an incredible experience. The company offers an amazing learning environment where I’ve been able to grow professionally and develop my skills. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities, making it an exciting place to work. What really stands out is the leadership, especially the CEO. Working with them has been an amazing experience. They are approachable, visionary, and truly care about the team’s success. Their leadership style fosters an environment where everyone feels supported and motivated to do their best work. I’ve gained so much knowledge and experience during my time here and am excited to continue growing with this company. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to develop in a dynamic and positive workplace!

Cons

Being a startup, there are some growing pains, including evolving processes and the occasional lack of structure. Limited resources at times, but that comes with being in a startup
