      Pros

      The team culture at Treatspace is the best! Everyone collaborates so well together. The company values contributions and ideas from all team members, no matter how long you've been there. There are lots of opportunities to jump in, learn new skills, and grow your career. I've had lots of advancement opportunities during my tenure at Treatspace.

      Cons

      I love working for Treatspace and can't really think of any cons. It is a growing and scaling company which requires hard work and can present challenges, but that's something that I really enjoy.

      High octane startup vibes. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow and have a direct impact on building a business focused on reducing barriers between patients and care. EXCELLENT healthcare plan. 401K recently added. Free lunch as a team every Friday.
