      $22 an hour was supposed to be a 336 shift weekend nights

      Cons

      working conditions are inadequate, the maintenance area is nothing more than a corner of the building with tool boxes, no equipment to properly perform the job, floor is filthy most of the time, ac either gets turned off on weekends or just doesn't work on weekends management dosn't inform people of anything, all information is rumor control, complete lack of PLC training, that information is kept to the privileged few

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
