Management issues-need the top level managers to analyze and implement changes that will make plant operations profitable. We hear lots of 'we can turn this around' but no one's pushing to make it happen.CEO really nice but not getting mgrs to make difficult decisions. Suspect background at previous company where things were always ok is part of problem. IF you never had to deal with problems, you don't know what to do. I left to work for someone who is experienced in turn around environments and has proven himself able to lead staff to analyze and implement needed change. Not spend most of time flying around on corporate jet enjoying the $$ and prestige of being in the top seat instead of leading and driving needed changes. There's a reason CEOs, Presidents and CFOs make a lot of money - and it's because you are there to make difficult decisions and lead the teams to success.
