      For the most part the people are very friendly and most corporate roles have a very good work-life balance

      Cons

      The company has been struggling financially since around 2018. The past 2 years have been especially bad with little to no bonus payouts due to not hitting financial targets

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
