Bike trails behind headquarters. Great product line. Employee cafe, health center, and gym are all big benefits. Lots of really nice people. Great focus on wellness.
Cons
Under the guise of fun and flexible, there is a serious lack of quality training, role resources, and guidance. While feedback is considered a gift, there is no standard process for delivering that feedback nor are there regular compensation reviews. There is a severe lack of diversity. While the hiring managers are encouraged to diversify their teams, very little real action is taken. Credit is often given to individuals not responsible for the work. Team members are expected to accept that as being a team player. The company has grown quickly without putting proper policies, training, and procedures in place. Team members are often expected to do the work of four people.
