      autonomy to do your job in sales and flexible time off, manager dependent

      Cons

      I can confidently say that comp is not structured fairly or clearly for sellers only a hand full of sellers actually hit quota, company is losing lots of customers

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
