Pros

Office banter is good, there are still some good people left there but a lot of the good people have left due to the sons I list or been pushed for the same reason!

Cons

Retarded managerial decisions Hr have no clue They bang on about culture when the culture is screwed Top emea team based out of cork are too "in each others pockets" and are doing the company a disservice

Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

Cons

Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
