Brace yourself because this is a LOT. Hopefully the CEO is aware of what is happening to her company surroundings. I’ve talked to some old trenders that the company is really good in training back then and also a good company to work with. But now? I don’t think so. First of all, I’ve notice since I left here is TRAINERS, TEAM LEADS has a FAVORITISM. It’sreally unfair for us to work hard when you are not their favorites of course they will ignore you and doesn’t appreciate the effort that you do for the company. Also, they aren’t appreciating your performance at work instead they’ll judge your real CHARACTER. It’s not our fault that we’re being real and it’s the trainers, team lead’s failure to appreciate and know what’s right or wrong. They are really feeling entitled about their position not knowing they are very UNPROFESSIONAL. Aside from that, what the heck is SELF LEARNING when trainers is more than 10 PEOPLE? Are you kidding? Those employees are not worth of money you should FIRE THEM ALL to be honest(CEO if you’re reading this I’m gonna list all of those trainers, I’m dead serious about this). What are they doing for 2 months? And if you read this, you know who you are :) If you said back then that I am not learning anything, may I ask, what did I learn from you, feeling entitled trainer? Think about that. And why this position is all about cybersecurity when you’re going to open spiel to the customer? Please do something about this. Rename this job position and the job description itself. It’s not worth it for those who wanted to work in cybersecurity when you’re taking calls to the customer. Also, I have no problem with calls and just please remove our duties with RENEWALS, REFUNDS and OTHER SALES STUFFS. Because it’s not our responsibility. Hopefully calls are from customers who has concern about the product is really our responsibility. Hopefully CEO is aware of what’s happening in her company because believe me, it’s getting worse when those undeserving people are still in your company. Bring back the old system in training and bring back the Trend Micro I was admired before.
