Provides no training for new employees. The wrong people are in managment. In most cases, the managment doesnt even know whats going on. There is only one person doing a job so if that person leaves or quits or can't come back to work, there is no one there that can do that job. There is a very rude and unpleasant lady working there who is in a management position and she goes out of her way to make new people miserable. She is a cancer and must have something on the owner because anywhere else she'd be fired in a heartbeat. They only hire young (attractive) women and they are very cliquey like highschool. The CEO is clueless as to whats going on in the company and has the absolute wrong person running operations. I don't see this company lasting very long. There are plenty of other companies like this to work for. Move on
