Pros
Good peers [whatever learning curve one gets is from their colleagues] On Time Paychecks, Job Stability to some extent, Good place for freshers to start their career, Remote company since pandemic
Cons
- Unable to onboard or retain experienced talent in mid-level or higher management. - No processes or workflow in place for everyday tasks and projects as a result most business ideas only exist in WhatsApp groups and end up with wasted team efforts for months. - Given it's a decade old company it is still very unprofessional- For eg, Higher management keeps switching people roles and responsibilities and projects they are working on every 2nd week; still using WhatsApp for formal communication, sharing business ideas, to-do's; having no meeting etiquettes (unplanned, always crosses the designated time by as long as 2hrs) ; No system in place for anonymous employee reviews for peers and management - No personal growth or skill addition provided, in fact an employee 80% of the time Is doing job roles outside their title, aka messing up with an individual's career trajectory - Poor Human Resource: Ghosts candidates, From poor onboarding to offboarding process, No tool in place for leaves, appraisals, getting pay slips, giving anonymous feedbacks, everything mostly happens on your personal bond with your managers.
