Pros

- Scope to learn and explore lots of technologies & roles. - No politics, especially friendly peers & management. - Good performance & hike scheme. - Once you work for 2 years here, you will get experience equivalent to 5 years in other companies - Core Strength of company is VP of Engineering (techie guy) & friendly management - In emergency situations, if you are taking leave, they will give you leaves without loss of pay. - Part from CTC, Employer's PF, Group Insurance.

Cons

Nothing to specify. To mention something, they can upgrade the Employee benefits, but it is better than few other companies.

Pros

Treselle the best place in the Universe to work with. I tell this from the bottom of my Heart. I joined Treselle after serving 9 Years in an MNC company. Treselle as a software service company is 14 years old as of April 2018. I was given an opportunity to be a part of the company from March 2013 to April 2018. When observed these five years travel in Treselle and 9 years working in MNC, I see that an Employee is well treated and recognised for their talents and oppotunities were poured to lots of trainee employees where a 2 or 3 year employee going out of Treselle demands the highest package in the industry. Recently around 2 years the company is struggling to get new projects, however all 60 to 70 employees were pushed to bench in one day, however the company was taking all the pressure and pains and was not asking any of the employees to leave the company due to not getting new projects. Let me share to you how it is in MNC. In MNC companies if you work in a project and when the company knows that the project is going to be completed in 3 months time, then you will be cautioned and moved to bench. They will give you 2 months of maximum period to get placed in any of the internal projects if an employee in not able to get placed he will be thrown out. Imagine it is happening for 9 to 10 years of employees who served for an MNC company. Though the MNC companies have so much money they are not bothered about the employees who has contributed more than 9 to 10 years of period, when comparing them, I see that such a small company with total strength of less than 100 was able to maintain their employees serving all their hard earned profit to the employees instead of chasing them out and take away the profit. They were so kind and good hearted to see how they can get new projects and retain the talents. We have to respect them to be the best humankind in the earth. Though they do business they respect and recognise employees. I request all the employees who are all there working in Treselle to realise it and do their best to bring the company to a good position. Thank you for the GREAT PEOPLE Sudharsan (Treselle CEO), Sethuraman (Treselle CFO) and Raghavan (Treselle CTO) for giving me a great opportunity to serve you for 5 years of time. GOOD DAYS WILL SURE KNOCK YOUR DOORS. GOOD LUCK TRESELLE.
