It's a job but only barely.

Non-sufficient pay, no benefits, old out of date equipment, they have the "do what you can with what we have" attittude, then jump on you for the safety hazards you are exposed to because of the companies lack of will to provide for its self and the employees.

Good benefits and making bank with over time. I like the overtime, but it’s costing the company a fortune.

Getting blamed for everything and dealing with very weak and unprofessional managers. Weak management from the top down. Training is a farce. Up stream issues are never addressed assembly workers and team leads get blamed for everything. Work way too much over time due to lack of component availability and descent production scheduling. There is a big racial bias a well qualified white woman won’t move up in operations.
