Great people to work with. Most are very helpful and friendly. Company pays well with benefits. Employees treated great (with perks) Family friendly. Flexibility with taking time off & making up hours.

Driving in traffic 5 days a week. No work/ like balance, you can't work from home. No real HR if problem arises between you and management.

It was a job, but it wasnt one I would wish for anyone to have. There are a handful of nice people if you can weed out the bad ones.

I have never seen property management so mis-handled. They do not keep property records, tracking, or care to provide training. They have more inner office politics than I have encountered to date and no one has a clue what they are doing. Its DRAMA and negativity. Plus if you have a concern the manager talks to all the other staff about whatever it is.
