They keep candy bars and cookies under pad lock and key(literally) and reward workers with sweets as incentives for doing a good job. This is a run of the mill call center job with absolutely no company culture. Management is disconnected and aloof, there is absolutely no room for growth of any kind here. Turnover is through the roof for good reason. Without getting into detail they utilize unscrupulous and deceptive practices to get customers to sign up for their "service". You will speak to customers daily who feel like they have been deceived and frankly it's true. The office has a dead and depressing vibe and the company feels like a shady outfit. The only justification I can make for taking this job is if this is your only choice and you are planning an actual career and using it as a temporary interim to move on to something better. I repeat this is not a place to stay if you are looking for any kind of career fulfillment or growth. In fact skip this job entirely and apply for something else because there are far better customer service/call center jobs that will compensate you fairly and have actual room for growth. Run! I repeat run from this job listing entirely! P.S. all of the glowing reviews are done by HR and upper management don't believe the hype! You've been warned!
