Working at TriEye was an incredibly traumatic experience. The management team operates based on ego and connections rather than merit, leading to poor decision-making and a lack of professionalism. To me, it felt like a lot of the people in middle management positions, are inexperienced, unprofessional, and very political. I was treated poorly, bullied, and fired ruthlessly one month after October 7, receiving a dismissal letter while having to run for cover from rockets over my house. The experience working at TriEye was devastating and took a long time for me to recover from. Despite seeming cool at first, this is a truly horrible startup to work for, Really anywhere else could be potentially better.
