They hire you by providing an offer letter with 3 months of internship with a stipend of 5k per month, post internship it'll be converted into fulltime. But, on the first day they'll ask to sign a bond of 11 months with same stipend, post internship they'll offer you 1.8LPA which is a big scam. If you break the bond you have to pay 25K as compensation. And the internship money will be given at the end of internship period. They'll fire you in the last month of the internship, so that they can avoid paying you money.
