Training feels rushed and incomplete, yet the workload and pressure remain high. Leadership tends to act more like a boss than a mentor, offering little support or constructive feedback. Communication is inconsistent, and new ideas or questions are sometimes dismissed rather than encouraged. Additionally, new employees should be cautious when working with a lead whose name sounds similar to “Sweet,” as their behavior can be particularly challenging to deal with.
