The company is profitable and pays fair wages for positions. The company has many locations and very many different departments in which you can learn from. The co-owners of the company are personable and friendly in the office.
Cons
Many new managers and the leadership team is driven mostly by like-ability rather than actual ability. The leadership is lacking in a desire to want to change the work environment and actual promotes an unhealthy work environment through actions. There's a total lack of company culture in the corporate office and there's no desire to change this. The accounting team in particular has EXTREMELY high turnover and the only constant is the director in which the turnover occurs around mostly because of him. With new managers provide training, also don't place inexperienced professionals in director level positions otherwise you repeat the same actions you will only yield the same outcome.
