But the cons greatly outweigh the pros. Good company with terrible managers. If they dont like you, they will not fire you. They will turn up the heat though and essentially drive you out. They say they'll help you but don't.
Meetings seemingly every other day. Town hall, one on ones, team meetings with no resolutions just arguing back and forth. Managers mock their employees and I've witnessed them make prejudiced remarks about certain ethnic groups. As a minority myself, just wrong at a company and city with such diversity.
