      Good work life balance. Competitive salary. Interesting work. You will get experience of working for a MNC company along with exposure to international clients.

      Cons

      Not much growth. The work will be same every year. Company lacks innovation culture. You will be worried because of constant layoffs.

      Pros

      The pay here is good. Generally treatment of employees is fair. It hasnice work environment and very little work pressure.

      Cons

      Growth prospects here are poor. Company's future is uncertain. You have to know someone in the management to count. Too much nepotism.
