      - Supportive and friendly culture where people genuinely help each other - High degree of flexibility, including remote options and understanding of work-life balance - Fantastic colleagues who make even challenging projects enjoyable

      Things can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when priorities shift quickly — but it also keeps work dynamic and varied

      they offer decent pay scale and benefits

      Cons

      People in leadership roles who have no leadership skills, who lack commitment or loyalty to anyone other than themselves, they offer no training or guidance, they outright lie to their employees and customers. There is no communication and days/weeks/months can go by without a single point of collaboration. I dont see how this company will last another 5 years. I would never recommend them to anyone for work or business.
