Work life balance. Working hours If you don't have any skills you will survive. You will feel like a government organization which was in 1970-80 You can crack the interview without knowledge as the interviewer will see you will not become threat to him in future.
Cons
No growth If you are skilled, program manager will never let you grow, rather he will let females to overtake you who don't have any skills or experience. No support from anyone, if you are skilled, as program manger afraid if you may replace him. Appraisals are based on how much you support managers stupidity. If you are good looking female, promotion and growth is fixed even if you don't have any experience or skills. People without any skills are still in organization from 10+ years. So many people working on project doing nothing just making client fool.
