Good pay, training, opportunities, co-workers. They constantly reiterate their goal to be the employer of choice within the industry, and they ain’t kidding.
Cons
The United health insurance doesn’t pay for anything. It’s literally just there in the event of a catastrophic injury, and idk how helpful it would even be then.
