Pros
As mentioned in other reviews, Trindent pays a respectable salary. However, when weighed against firm culture, unrealistic expectations, ridiculous turnover and authoritarian management style, it's not even close to worth it
Cons
I have seen first hand the decision to join Trindent damage the career paths of many bright people. Firm culture is horrible. Expectations are unrealistic, promises to clients are unattainable, and turnover is a huge issue. I would estimate average tenure of employment at less than 6 months. This results in real impediments to the career trajectory of employees, as well as poor performance for clients. I am not one to write reviews, but feel compelled under the hope that it will cause employment candidates to stop and rethink their consideration of Trindent as an employer. No matter how desperate you are for employment, or how good the promises, the decision to join is simply not worth it. Reach out to past Trindent employees before even considering taking the chance.
