Pros
Good in following ISO standards in the process. Good in planning the Technical session and getting technical updates from techedge platform (Knowledge repository) System and good environment. MAP & POA helping to focus on the goal and achievement. Good in getting suggestions (Technical & Non-Technical) from the team / resources and implementing the same. Awarding the resources achievement in a certain time period is good. Surely it will increase and motivate the others to achieve. Also providing the opportunity to communicate with junior resources in feedback review meeting and helping them to increase their improvement area. Good in discussion with management directly and sharing our ideas in various meetings. Giving opportunity to increase our experiences in the client facing, resource handling, project management skills and technical.
Cons
As a product team, we were not aware of the Technical session schedules nowadays. Need more space in lunch hall to avoid waiting time in upstairs. Not able to predict and apply leave 7 days before. Refreshment drinks are good and try to provide with some other cups instead of WAX coated cups. Expecting less document work and unplanned meetings. if it is reduced we can give more focus on the development and client facing valuable features and it will increase the billable bandwidth hours. Not able to utilize 8 hrs fully in development as per plan, it will cause the achievement % and its reflects in the KRA-KRI of the individual and whole team. Expecting some amount of time to focus on the other activities like open discussion / sharing their technical experiences. Work flexibility and compensation of leave and unplanned leave update taking lots of processes.
