      Pros

      The pay is not the best, but decent. Love the time off. The students are great. Not really any more to say.

      Cons

      Administration likes to "control by fear". Hostile work environment. Very high turnover. They fire good employees for no reason and don't follow normal HR protocol to do it. No job security.

      Pros

      Great first IT joob to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      You will be required to use your vehicle to travel between Ft.worth and Mesquite almost everyday. they do have an IT van but its only one that you share between multiple techs, so if the vans not there and its something you need to do at a campus you will use your vehicle with no reimbursement or tax write-off and you will put alot of miles on your vehicle very quickly
