Pros

Great work environment surrounded by a supportive team.

Cons

The lights, HVAC, and water went out in our building once. Our CEO still required that we accept students into the building without climate control, no way to feed the staff and students breakfast and lunch, and we were told no one could use the restroom. After an hour of sitting in the halls, he gave us the okay to send the students home. We're expected to have a snow storm roll in within a few hours. Multiple large school districts in the surrounding areas have announced closures for the safety of students and staff. Staff with children cannot come into work because our children must be home with us. TBP still refuses to make the call to keep us safe and off the roads. This is a complete recipe for disaster.

Pros

Great first IT joob to get your foot in the door

Cons

You will be required to use your vehicle to travel between Ft.worth and Mesquite almost everyday. they do have an IT van but its only one that you share between multiple techs, so if the vans not there and its something you need to do at a campus you will use your vehicle with no reimbursement or tax write-off and you will put alot of miles on your vehicle very quickly
