Pros
Great exposure and experience for new therapists, especially those interested in working with trauma, the court system, custody, etc. the staff at the office feel like family.
Cons
Management is very unorganized. HR is pretty much non existent, we got reprimanded (paychecks held for a week) for turning documents in even a day late, yet the bosses (husband and wife) would be late in turning in documents or responding to emails constantly. Pay seems great, but the amount of work you have to put in means long long hours and not a whole lot of pay.
