      Pros

      My team was acquired a apart of a merger a couple of years ago and I enjoy that I’m still working with most of them

      Cons

      Seems like they want to keep acquiring companies with no real game plan on how to integrate the many services and teams that are now part of the Trinity umbrella. Things feel the somewhat the same but I’m just now monitored on a whole other level.

      - Good People (generally) - Good Learning Experiences

      Cons

      - Private equity ownership means you're much more likely to be fired than be promoted past senior consultant because they're just going to buy out their competition and replace you with the new workers - Overcharge Clients Massively - Extremely High Multipliers (mine was over x6 my hourly rate) - Encourages Extortion of Workers - (With the exception of a few) Upper management is extremely corrupt and will never support you - Benefits are meh
