Pros
Office environment is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the working hours are suited perfectly to anyone's schedule including some amazing flexibility which is greatly appreciated.
Cons
Really no cons to speak of, some may find the work somewhat repetitive but that is more a case of personal preference as it wouldn't bother others.
