Pros
The co-workers are the only positive thing! Trinity or CHE, Mercy whatever they are called now. Not matter pro's to list. The "little people" just love what they do, not who they do it for.
Cons
Don't get hurt working for them. Trinity/CHE/Mercy will drag you through the workers comp process as long as possible to hurt you more, no matter the severity of your injuries. They will treat you like a criminal no matter how many years you have them. They will spend more money making your life miserable than doing the right thing. Big difference from "taking care of the needy". You, your family or your kids do not matter to them. If you can imagine your worst fear or nightmare, working for them will make it a reality. They say they care about you and your family and I can tell you first hand that is false!! Don't complain to HR because as my department supervisor "EMS Chief" put it "I will know if you went to HR". If you like being treated like crap, not respected for years of service, giving your all and getting dumped on then this is the place for you.
