Pros
Pay is decent, and may be getting better. Trying to bring down overtime by adding an additional shift. If you work in Quality Assurance, you definitely have job security, but perhaps for the wrong reasons.
Cons
Perpetual rework, resulting overtime, and then blame-gaming after which little seems to change on the floor, except the addition of more complex, even redundant paperwork. Seems to be managed poorly at nearly every level, with frequent corporate intervention needed. Revolving door at upper plant management level in Tulsa. Management won't listen to experienced supervisors, prefers to dictate "solutions" seemingly arbitrarily. Every shift brings the same (preventable) problems, beginning with defects and broken equipment.
